The Space:

Before even stepping foot inside the townhome, you'll get a feel for the contemporary design of the home with the chic geometric exterior and tall stretch of windows. The leafy urban oasis sets itself apart from other homes because of its proximity to the city and friendly community. Welcome to Miami! Upon entering the townhome, you'll feel refreshed by the colorful art that stands out in contrast to the crisp gray walls, gray porcelain tile, and high ceilings. This home is decorated with careful attention to detail, ensuring you'll feel inspired by the creativity of the space. On the first floor, you'll walk in and notice a beautiful hosting environment. The living room provides comfortable seating brought to life by natural light, a stunning modern art chandelier, and captivating contemporary artwork. The kitchen and dining room offer plenty of space, both on the waterfall quartz island and set table that awaits your next meal. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes a roomy Smart Samsung refrigerator, four barstools, and natural lighting that pours in from the windows. Swipe on the refrigerator screen for WiFi network and other house information. The bright space complements the laughter, conversation, and connection this space facilitates. Across the kitchen is a family room made homey by a big couch and an equally impressive 75” Smart TV for a post-dinner movie. A sliding glass door opens into the backyard with a privacy hedge and grill for bringing the party outside! The updated backyard has new pavers with ambient architectural lighting great for nighttime hosting, a table for eight, and other lounge seating. The first floor also has a breath-taking half-bathroom that will surely impress, decorated with vibrant wallpaper and limited run, textured Italian tile. The living room blinds are controlled automatically with a wall switch. Up the stunning glass railing staircase highlighted with modern minimalist light art are three bedrooms. The enormous master suite boasts a King-sized bed, a desk for remote working, and a T.V. for winding down. A spacious walk-in closet gives even over-packers more than enough space. The closet also has a vanity table equipped with a mirror for getting ready in the best lighting. The ensuite bathroom has floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile, a double sink vanity, a freestanding air jet bathtub with multicolor chromatherapy ideal for a relaxing night, and a separate shower with a custom-lighted waterfall showerhead. The second bedroom down the hall has a Queen bed and T.V. It shares a full-size bathroom with the third bedroom, which also has a King bed and T.V and a view of the Metropolitan area. All bedrooms have modern ceiling fans with dimmer lighting for your comfort. Following the luxury incorporated in every other detail of the home, the upper floor toilets include full-featured Toto washlet bidets with heated seats, heated sprays, oscillating and pulsing options, pressure and location adjustments, and a warming air dryer. If you have a bidet at home, you'll appreciate the same sanitary comfort, and if you don't have a bidet at home, you'll be getting one soon. As for safety and peace of mind, the front door has a G-Nest doorbell camera so you can see your guests from any G- Home monitor in the house; and three exterior cameras, and one camera in the garage. The front door also features a smart lock. The one-car garage is currently not open to guests.

This townhome is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to embrace Miami-style dining, shopping, and entertainment. Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, a Gilded Age estate surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, is only a 10-minute drive away. Coral Gables, a mecca for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more is another option for nearby exploring. Miracle Mile is within walking distance and one of South Florida's most highly regarded shopping destinations for art galleries, unique shops, interior design, and spas. Biscayne Blvd is a go-to spot for a night out, featuring a Hard Rock Cafe, large group-friendly bars, and cool lounges. Key Biscayne Beaches are only 15 minutes away. Don't forget about a beach day! The iconic, world-renowned South Beach is less than half an hour away. Spend the day in the ocean, renting jet-skis or laying out in the sand surrounded by fellow travelers, locals, and just about anyone else you can imagine. Spend the night on the lively Lincoln Road for world-class dining experiences, shopping, and a city life atmosphere. If you're looking to retreat from the chaos of city life, Coral Way and Miracle Mile have several local coffee shops, yoga studios, and serene parks. In the morning, walk less than 10 minutes over to Threefold Cafe on Giralda Ave's pedestrian plaza and enjoy a flat white latte and homemade French toast with Nutella and berries. If you're craving a flow, check out one of the three yoga studios less than 2 miles away. Pittman Park is also less than a mile away, so bring a picnic blanket!

Important Things to Note:

The bathtub faucet is currently not working, but the shower wand is fully functional and can be used to fill the tub if needed.

**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**
We welcome quiet couples, families, and friends in all our rentals.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

Security Cameras:
Please note, this home is equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. Additionally, there is a camera inside the garage that monitors only the garage area.

This house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. There are great beaches less than 20 min away, great restaurants 10 min away. Our boys loved Google home and were better at using it than the grownups, which made them proud. The kitchen has everything you need, and we were able to have regular meals at home. Would come back in a flash!

This is our 3rd time in as many years booking this property and it NEVER disappoints!The home is spotless with plenty of room both inside and outside BBQ/lounge area that we took full advantage of. Plenty of room for the family, TVs in every room, washer and dryer came in handy since we stayed for 9 days and it’s close to everything!!I love this place!!

This home is an absolute beauty! I’ve stayed at a lot of Miami VRBO properties and this one hands down is my favorite. Plenty of room for our family and a back yard area for BBQ or just sunbathing. My favorite part is the electric gate that closed our vehicle in the driveway at night. We had a BMW convertible and were a little worried leaving it out in FL. That is until we arrived at this home and noticed it has a massive iron electric gate to secure the car!! I will definitely rent again on my next trip to Florida in June.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the modern Miami vibe in this house from the moment we opened the door. The house’s smart features were very fun and easy to use. I loved that the toilet seat opened and lit up when we approached (great at night) and am considering buying a Toto bidet seat too. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor eating area was very enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect. Two short blocks to Miracle Mile where we could walk to shopping and restaurants, an oasis in Miami traffic. Interaction with property manager was very timely. We will be back.

Very spacious, clean, and well-stocked modern townhome in a very central location. We easily accessed Coral Gable's miracle mile, downtown, and Biscayne Bay beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the townhouse for just over a week. It was beautifully appointed and very clean and modern. The check in process was very easy. We experienced a small issue with the internet access caused by a storm and reported it to the host. They promptly dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently to restore our access. The townhouse was in a very convenient location for us and we look forward to staying there again.

The design, appliances, and fixtures are very modern and being able to park in the driveway and not have to hunt for street parking was a definite plus. After arriving we reported several items that were in need of repair: Both outlets over the sinks were not working. (fixed) Toto toilet seat not receiving power (not fixed) Very low water pressure in both sinks in main bathroom causing them to be unusable. We used the sink in the other bathroom (not fixed) Remote for sliding door window covering would not lower blinds (not fixed) If these items were fixed , we would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

Townhome is accurately reflected in pictures. Very modern and well appointed. Super location and a pleasure to come back to each day. I would not recommend for anyone who has difficulty navigating stairs as the tiling on the stairs can be slick depending on footwear. A star was deducted because at the time of our stay, there were no window coverings on the large patio door, nor was there a functional lock. The door had a PVC cylinder laid on the track to prevent opening from the outside. Additionally, the front door has a privacy film on the glass door, but appears to have been improperly installed as you can see in from the street but you cannot see out from indoors. In other words someone at the door can see you but you can't see them. This impacted my sense of privacy and security. In short, I would definitely stay there again but addressing security concerns would make it SUPER GREAT!

clean n nice property, all possible kitchen appliances were available and we had a good family vacation... only one point that is negative, that our refund for one day s extra payment still not received , and property management says they made the refund on 10th february, but our credit card or bank has no knowledge or entry of this.. kindly assist to get back our refund asap pls.

The townhouse is ultra modern, clean, and completely updated with high quality appliances from top to bottom. Located in quiet neighborhood near grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. Short drive to Brickell, Little Havana, and Miami Beach. We had a wonderful time staying there for a week and would recommend it to family and friends.

Stairs for older person were steep and slippery. Thanks for handrail. Lugging luggage up or down was dangerous. Main bathroom had slippery floor. Everything clean and very modern. Very good quality cooking utensils if that’s your concern. Very well situated if some of your purpose is shopping. Had a good experience during our stay.
