There were dead roaches all over the floor in the room, during the three nights no one came to check in, the sink was clogged and the tub too. On the balcony there was a dead bird

Pool rooftop bar was pretty nice, although very busy as it was also opened to public. Everything pretty clean and beds were comfy. Didn't realize the hotel was on top of a club/restaurant with the largest drag show on South Beach every night but luckily we were in the back so the music wasn't as loud.

Bien situé, belle vue mais attention au bruit !

La chambre était propre à notre arrivée. Attention Ocean Drive est la rue animé.. Donc entre les mecs en décapotable qui mette la musique à fond et l'hôtel qui est au pied du bar drag queen.. La musique résonne de 11H à 3h du mat toutes la semaine surtout si vous prenez vu sur l'océan. Pas de ménage pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits.. Et aucun balais ou aspirateur.. La piscine.. A partir de 15h le bar en haut est ouvert à tout le monde.. Beaucoup de monde et adresse connu des gays. Bref en famille cette rue, c'est pas forcément le bon choix surtout si vous avez le sommeil léger.

El establecimiento no es un hotel, es un conglomerado...En la recepción no hablan algún idioma como lo ofrecen: "Idiomas Español/Inglés", los empleados no solo no saben nada más que inglés,sino que parecen ladrar a los visitantes, tienen un destrato para con los turistas poco usual.La reserva en mi caso no estaba comunicada al hotel, razón por lo cual entre ladridos e idioma de parte de los empleados "sólo decían la responsabilidad que tenía la empresa Expedia". luego les mostré coordialmente los mail enviados por Expedia y... y se decidieron a llamar desde ese lugar, a los teléfonos que en el mail se hacía referencia. Por suerte se comunicaron y pude acceder a la habitación. Alli me encontré: la ventana que no tenía trabas de seguridad, la caja de seguridad esta suelta en una parte del ropero, y...en consecuencia la seguridad de mis pertenencias no estaban para nada seguras... para que vinieran a limpiar la habitación fue una peripecia, para el cambio de toallas otra peripecia, había bichos en el baño, cuando solicité tollas para la pileta me quisieron cobrar 10 dolares por toalla,"El cargo del establecimiento incluye: Uso de la piscina Toallas de playa Acceso a internet Llamadas telefónicas Uso de la caja fuerte de la habitación.Como quise denunciar esto cuando regreso a la noche a mi habitación no podía acceder a la misma ya que la tarjeta "OH CASUALIDAD"se había magnetizado. La verdad no sé si sirven estos comentarios sin una denuncia correspondiente. Piensen en retirarlo

The condo has so much potential! But the owner totally cheaped out on the basics. I don't expect a fully stocked kitchen, but:the usual implements were missing. Who doesn't have a cutting board or spatulas or pepper? What was up with that FILTHY sponge that has clearly been there for months? For the money we paid, we expected better. We won't be back.

Our room was miss represented, We spoke with a VRBO representative to be sure before purchasing !!!

We paid $130.00 extra for balcony with ocean view... when we arrived the said sorry we don't have that room available anymore !! Also no hot water in the bathroom sink, plus the shower was broken... Only the half broken hand shower worked with very low water pressure because the hose was half broken falling apart and leaking !! Really feel like we got scammed...

Hôtel sale qui ne tienne pas ses engagements. Aucun nettoyage de la chambre n’a été realise durant notre séjour. Responsable désagréable, vulgaire et Voleuse. Utilise la CB en fraudant. Plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

The apartment/room was nice but this outfit has 4 buildings down in that area and none of them are named what was on my reservation. The hotel signs do not match either. There were no directions on best place to park or how to find the office when you got there. The office is hidden in a narrow passageway between buildings with a sign only painted on the door you cannot see from the ally or the road. Let just say the check-in process was a frustrating nightmare of which we had to traverse with luggage amongst a party crowd while they celebrated. Then they overbooked and after we had been to "our room" 90 minutes they asked us if we would mind moving down one floor. We did not move.

After reading the reviews I was very nervous about my stay there. I was pleasantly surprised, our room was C502 and had an awesome patio with a great view of the beach/ocean. There was a bedroom with a king bed, and a pull out couch, which was fine. There were plenty of sheets and towels, however no blanket for the pull out was provided. Luckily I had brought my own based on the reviews. There was an in room safe and a dead bolt lock on the door. The rooftop pool was good, great view and plenty of chairs, however no towel or food/drink service. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh. The biggest negative was that we did see a few cockroaches in our room. The check in was fine, and the elevator was working the entire stay. The music from the bar below was pretty loud during the evening hours, which did not bother us. And we stayed out late enough that the music was off by the time we went to bed. The location can’t be beat, very close to the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. If you are going to Miami for the beach & nightlife, this is the place for you. If you are looking for five star relaxation, book elsewhere.

Horrible! Never in my life have I encounter bed bugs infestation until I went here. I wanted to be on ocean drive so bad and seeing the nice photos of this suite made me book it. Room was ok until night time came around when we went to sleep. It was supposed to be a 4 day stay but after 2 hours of sleep we packed our bags and left, me and my mother were bitten so bad in each of our beds. We took multiple pictures and videos of bed bugs both small and large running across both of our beds and we even check the let out couch and it was infested too with bed bugs. Bugs were even crawling out of the wall. I couldn’t believe how infested this place was. Everything was going well until night time hit and bugs crawled from everywhere. Never again, and I am still paranoid and traumatized about this. This placed is over priced, no room service, no phone access to front desk, and safe was broken. Do not go to this place. We went to Lowe’s on Collins and it was one of the best friendliest hotels I been too

I appreciate the accommodation which was a free Uber to the property a birthday card and balloons for me also a liquor of my choice, and we didn’t have to pay resort fee. Due we had to be move to another property because the room I booked had a leak. The property that I was move to was horrible and It took me nearly a hr to book another room. I had to pay another $800 to get another room that I would be comfortable in for my birthday weekend trip. Coming from Washington D.C. The person I communicated with was extremely nice and helpful it was just the room wasn’t what I would book or stay in.
