Beachfront apartment with Ocean View
Clean and modern design. This unit is decorated with Italian furniture and offers:
Bedroom:
with 1 King Bed with high quality matrass; 1 office station; 1 walking closet, and one 55" high definition Smart TV.
Living room:
dining area ( round table with 4 acrylic chairs); 1 sofa ( converted to tween bad); 1 TVs 60" high definition Smart TV. You can either watch the local channels or log into your own accounts with many different apps such as: Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Spotify and more.
Fully equipped Kitchen:
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, 3 different coffee machines (Nespresso or classic). Another 2 closets in the hallway. We also provide chairs and towels for the beach.
Full Bathroom:
Shower and Toilet are separated from the sink area to create more privacy, fully equipped with shampoo, showers gel, soaps, air dryer, towels etc..
Large Balcony:
Furnished with 1 table and 4 chairs, with ocean view and city view, and Ritz Hotel view.
All utilities Included: internet/Wi-Fi, cable, water, electricity, brand new AC. The washer and dryer are on each floor.- ( we provide a pre-payed card for laundry&dryer).
The apartment has high speed wireless internet.
Beach Front Access with private chair rentals exclusively for renters, gym, pool, valet, highspeed internet access, smart Tv’s, game room, supermarket, bike storage, kids friendly.

SoBe at Collins and Lincoln
Without a doubt this is one of the cleanest and most meticulously maintained property we have rented. If we do South Beach again this is definitely where we will endeavor to stay.
Working with Victoria and Maksim was a delight, they are without doubt among the very best owners we have dealt with on VRBO. Wish they were all like them.
It was also one of the best stocked rentals we have seen (food wise and cooking and cleaning implements wise) and the bottle of Prosecco and Biscotti they left us as a welcome gift were very thoughtful. Thank you Victoria and Maksim!!
