"Beautiful pool area, great gym"

"We got a city view, which was fine. The room was clean but housekeeping never came to make up the room for two days. Finally, I called to complain about it. Instead of cleaning the room the hotel gave us a 200 dollar credit on the room stay. It was a little weird. We did get an apology and I love this hotel - I always stay here when I come to Miami - but I have never had this happen before. "

"Staff was great and always helpful. We saw the beach and the ocean. Beautiful. You are in the center of south beach and very enjoyable. Just walk over the Ocean drive and you are in the sany area. Best hotel we have stayed at in the Miami area! "
