The place is great!
A great apartment with two bedrooms. Everything you need to feel at home. Only complaint is that in the smaller bedroom there is proper blackout on the windows. so morning light comes and wakes you up early. Otherwise, great apartment!

Space is exactly as you see it
Needed an inexpensive place to stay whike working in Miami. The unit was just as it looks in the listing, small but clean, in a decent area close to everything. The issue is communication with the property manager. The WiFi password provided didn't work and after several attempts to contact Maria via all methods possible, including through VRBO customer service, she never got back to us. Had to get password from a neighbor. She didn't email entry details til after check in. And the lights over the bathroom vanity went out our last week there and no one returned our maintenance request. Wouldn't stay here again but it served our purpose.

Communication could be allot better
Never received welcome or communication to access the property until we got there then still had to continually call and text so it wasn’t timely. Questions we had like where to empty the trash access codes to access the property having wifi codes none of these things were giving after booking we had to ask and no clear instructions it was like we had to keep texting to get answers to questions we should’ve already been given. Otherwise loved the apartment was very clean

Loved this property and it’s proximity to all the hot spots in Miami. What really impressed me is how clean and pretty the apartment was. I can’t wait to come back and stay in this location again!

We did have a hard time communicating with the property manager after 2 txt and 4 calls I did finally get my check in codes. However once settled the stay was very pleasing no issues once in ❤️

Do not stay here
when we first got there the neighborhood looked sketchy, we couldn’t get into the gate because we never received a code to get in. A lady who is staying there conveniently came out and helped us in. When we went to go to the unit that was assigned to us in our confirmation email there was someone already staying there. The owner of the property wasn’t responding to our messages even prior to checking in which is very unprofessional. If the lady didn’t come out we would have been stuck outside for a long time and it was super hot. After texting and calling the number we finally heard back from Maria and we were told that we weren’t staying in unit 4 and it was actually unit 7 .. but our confirmation receipt said 4. We went to seven and surprise surprise there was someone in 7!
