MiMuseum - Museum of Magic and Illusions

We booked the deluxe king rm. Did not look like the photos - felt cold and austere. There was no hot water and the(in fact, all) deluxe rooms are beside the elevator. We moved into a smaller room and was given a breakfast voucher($20) which was a nice gesture but perhaps not enough. The new room had hot water in less than 5 seconds. So, then things seemed fine until night time. The bed was a bit deformed dipping on both sides and too soft. The mattress needs more support. The icing on the cake was a loud drum base audible through the ceiling or walls. Two other neighbours on the floor complained. The manager responded and investigated and eventually the noise subsided . . . until 2:15am when I was awoken again from the same sound and called the front desk. After about 20 min or so it was quiet enough to go back to sleep. Not what one expects at the Westin!
