Sadly building hotels next door without prior notification when booking.The hotel was very dated and all needed modernising especially our room. The area was a disappointment ok if your on a stag/hen do ect.
Malta im sure was a beautiful country years ago but now all you see is cranes. So much building work everywhere.we didnt venture to gozo as on a short break ....maybe that was better?We were totally disappointed with malta and wish we hadnt gone .

The facilities are great and the staff are wonderful. Nice deluxe room, spacious with nice balcony. Some of the outer areas are in need of a spruce but the main hotel and pool areas are very good condition. On balance, probs not a 5 star but the staff definitely make up for it and if anything is wrong, they will sort it immediately.
