The room was clean and beds were relatively comfortable. Bathroom was small but useable and the shower was pretty good.
The hostel was less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop and felt mostly safe walking to and from it at night.
There are quiet times posted around the hostel and most people seemed to stick to these.
The staff were always friendly.

Overall, a good stay but inconsistent application of dress code. Our curtains were falling off the rails and when asked for them to be repaired the problem persisted.

Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel.
