El personal de recepción Berenice, Enrique Y Jorge muy amables. La habitación limpia y bien equipada. dan servicio de Parking gratis. El desayuno variado y sabroso. El baño algo pequeño pero el agua con muy buena presión. en la ducha. The reception staff, Berenice, Enrique, and Jorge, were very friendly. The room was clean and well-equipped. They also provided free parking. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The bathroom was a bit small, but the water pressure in the shower was very good. Highly recommended.

Hice fila por 10 o más minutos para esperar ser atendida ya que solo había una persona en recepción, pedi 3 toallas más y me dieron solo 2, el ruido es mucho y no cuentan con ganchos, el horario del desayuno no es conveniente, lo demás ok

La atención del personal muy amable. Podrían hacer algo con las ventanas, el ruido de los camiones que pasan es muy fuerte y no se puede dormir. Y en la habitación poner un cobertor extra, ya hace frío.. Por lo demás bien.

No se puede dormir, el ruido permanente en la calle. Tuve unos vecinos reunidos gritando hasta las 2 de la mañana y parecía que estaban en mi habitación . Las puertas de tooodas las otras habitaciones del piso se escuchaban. Las camas son cómodas, es limpio y agradable , pero no se puede descansar por el ruido externo de la calle y de los otros cuartos .

Había chinches de bajo de los colchones. Terminamos todos picoteados. Incluso una niña de 3 años que llevábamos. No nos resolvieron nada. Más aparte utilizan ese hotel para hacer entregas de productos ilícitos. Y los que están de encargados no resuelven nada y no ven lo que está pasando dentro del hotel. Nuestra última noche ya no estuvimos ahí. Sin embargo nunca hubo devolución de dinero o compensación. Muy mal todo

Necesita mejorar servicio, no te pueden dar dos llaves, el check in es muy tardado aún cuando ya está pagado, te hacen pesado dejar dos autos y la habitación es para 2 personas, el Trato no es muy amable en la recepción. La habitaciones tenía bolsa de plástico del huésped anterior, falta limpieza! El personal de limpieza de habitaciones intentó abrir 3 veces teniendo la Cadena puesta!
