Dear Mr. Toki,Please accept my apologies that you left our hotel feeling disappointed.Rest assured we have investigated your concern about the early check in, and unfortunately at the time you wanted to check in, we didn't have the availability. It wasn't that we didn't want to charge the early check in fee. As you have mentioned, our check in depends on the arrival time of flights.
