No es un Hotel como tal, da los servicios de un hotel, la ubicación es muy buena, el costó es excelente pero tuve de vecinos a varios chavitos que llegaron pasada la media noche e hicieron fiesta hasta después de las 4 am y aunque fueron a callarlos varias veces, no dejaron de hacer ruido

Room was OK It’s NOT a hotel. So no hotel service or amenities. There is on site parking. However, the person who checks you in has to walk down the parking garage ramp, open it for you, and show you where to park. Only ONE person working the place. The person at the main entrance would not let me in the building because I didn’t know the name of who I had to see to check in. It was so ridiculous. Apparently same building is residential and hotel. No food or places to have dinner. Next to an abandoned comercial plaza. Not a nice area. In the US this place would not pass a building inspection. There are much better places to stay at not to far from this one.

Difícil de llegar pues nos navegadores te llevar a la parte trasera de la piaza y no te dice el nombre del “hotel”. No contestan el teléfono para buscar ayuda de cómo llegar, ni te avisan que está en un edificio de departamentos y son 2 pisos de “cuartos de hotel”. Huele a polvo aunque no se ve sucio. Los trabajadores muy decentes y cordiales

La ubicación es muy buena porque hay muchas cosas alrededor como restaurantes, plazas y tiendas. El personal muy amable, el edificio ya requiere mantenimiento y la limpieza de la habitación no estaba al 100.

Doors, handles and other areas were dirty. There were stains in the sheets... The tub was not functioning properly, the water will drain very slow, the dirty water was accumulated a lot... discusting! No "do not disturb" sing for the door. I couldn't get hold of any one by phone, I had a late check in due to problems with the taxi. The receptionist was very kind.

Great spaces inside the room and confortable, but, sometimes there was no one at the front desk. It felt insecure.

Half of the building is under construction. They did not have my reservation at the "front desk" The building is so dark and stuffy.

El personal excelente atención sobre todo porque a la hora que llegamos te avisan que ya no habrá nadie en recepción pero el señor Miguel Ángel Carbajal muy amablemente extendió su tiro para esperarnos y entregarnos las llaves, llevarnos a la habitación y estacionarnos. Pero el hotel como hotel no tiene nada que ofrecer, se necesitan tarjetas para todo independientemente a la del cuarto, se necesita para el elevador otra diferente, para el estacionamiento otra diferente!! 3 tarjetas para una estancia Dentro del cuarto limpio pero cosas rotas como el porta papel de baño, y el asiento de la taza del baño, no tiene ni una almohada extra, te ponen un solo servicio de café para solamente una taza, no hay servicio a la habitación.

HOTEL ABANDONADO
Horrible, llegue y los de vigilancia me dirigieron a la recepción. La recepción estaba toda apagada y no había nadie. Los de vigilancia no sabían qué hacer, y no hubo nadie que me pudiera dar mi cuarto y llame al numero del hotel y nadie me contestaba. PESIMO SERVICIO y espero que me devuelvan MI DINERO QUE YA HABIA PAGADO.

el cuarto esta muy bien, pero la primer noche no servia el aire acondicinado y nos cambiaron de cuarto al otro lado del edificio, donde hubo un escandalo tremendo de musica hasta las 5 de la madrugada y no pudimos dormir nada

Estimada Srta. Maria Agradezco el tiempo que se tomó para darnos su retroalimentación acerca de su estancia con nosotros. Lamentamos el tema que comenta sobre el aire acondicionado y sobre el otro tema del antro de enfrente estamos tomando las medidas necesarias para que el escándalo no vuelva a incomodarlos y puedan descansar.
