The Space:

Enjoy your own apartment with kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms, one queen with size bed, and ensuite bathroom, one big with king size bed and one small with full bed, both rooms share a full bathroom and all the things you need to be comfortable.



This stylish decorated apartment is 90 square meters with very nice interiors, like marbleish floors or good water pressure. It's located con 1st floor with elevator, and has a doorman 24/7 for your safety.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.

Guest Access:

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and other cooking supplies.

The bathrooms where recently remodeled, they are nice and clean and are equipped with shower, one hairdryer, towels and other amenities.



No guests are allowed in the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Creativity careens through Roma Norte, a just-west-of-central Mexico City neighborhood with style to spare. It has it all—parks, restaurants, markets, shops buoyed by boundless artistic entrepreneurialism.

In Roma Norte, expression is a way of life.



Getting Around:

Uber is cheap, safe and always available. There is a "Safe taxi base" 2 blocks away and Metrobus is 2 blocks away too.



Other Things to Note:

We have a very strict method to count the people you are staying with, in case we find additional guest from the number of the booking you'll pay double fee: $800 pesos per night per guest.



We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.



Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced drought. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will be attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Tenemos un método muy estricto para contar las personas con las que te hospedas, en caso de que encontremos huéspedes adicionales del número de la reserva pagarás una tarifa doble: $800 pesos por noche por huésped.



Tenemos una estadía mínima de dos noches. El check-in comienza a las 15:00 horas y el check-out debe ser antes de las 11:00 horas. Si necesita registrarse temprano, háganoslo saber y lo intentaremos según la disponibilidad.



La limpieza final está incluida en el precio del alquiler, pero si desea tener un servicio de limpieza completo durante su estancia, se puede proporcionar por un cargo adicional de $400 por día.



**Una vez realizada la reserva no se puede reducir el número de huéspedes ni de noches. Así como tampoco cambios de fecha.



*En la Ciudad de México no utilizamos calentadores ni aire acondicionado. Recomendamos estar atento al pronóstico del tiempo y empacar en consecuencia con la ropa que mejor se adapte al clima :).



*La Ciudad de México ha experimentado sequía. Ante una posible escasez de agua estaremos atentos en todo momento.

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
