This was a great hotel with very attentive staff. I would stay again. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities, A/C, an interesting view from the balcony, fresh fruit and water at all times, an elevator, bathrobes and slippers, and a comfortable bed. Excellent proximity to the historic district with its excellent restaurants, shops and attractions. Felt very safe walking the streets.

I love everything about the property, super friendly staff, great service , place is beautiful,. 3 minutes walking from the zócalo and other beautiful places, Bellas Artes. Closest areas Ángel de independencia, Chapultepec, Caballito de Reforma, ...Garibaldi and other places. I really recommend this place. 5⭐️

This hotel was by far the best. The employees are so nice and help you w/anything you might need. Close to everything. Ulyses and Didel were extremely nice and helpful. All of the employees, great customer service. Breakfast was delicious and coffee bar is included too in the price. Nice little perk. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to visit.
