Very good room

Parking free in front of the hotel on site, friendly staff, breakfast can better for 4•, ( no fresh fruit nor fresh baked vegetables). Very good room , comfortable bed.

Exactly as expected.

We got a roomm upgrade on arrival. The check in process was quick. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet. The location is ideal if youre planning visiting different places as it's close to the highway. Good breakfast and free parking.

The hotel looks quite new and therefore was clean and modern inside. the staff were very friendly and chatty. On arrival, we initially drove past it as it’s on an industrial estate and the lighting in the area is poor. The Best Western sign could be bigger and illuminated to give better visibility at the car park entrance. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

A very rude manager

We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. The very polite young man was half way through our order when a manager pushed him out of the way, cancelled our order and served another guest and then just walked off - incredibly rude, disrespectful and I suspect a little racist as I am English - whether he was or not is not important as he was clearly rude. After ordering we received room service very quickly and the food was very good. All the staff are very polite and helpful and this individual stood out as rude and disrespectful - it spoilt the stay for me.

A so so hotel

Well… Let me say at first that I am a frequent hotel user. We did have some probs unfortunately. We asked for a room with equipments for my paralyzed father. They promised to have a well equipped room, but we didn’t get what we asked for. The breakfast was one big disaster. At 8, it was empty and dirty. Dirty cups everywhere. The room was good, but the cleaning lady forgot my mums room at all! The swimming pool needs to be renewed. And when people take glasses to the pool: clean it up and don’t leave it there over 24 hrs. Fortunately the receptionist gave us free drinks (4) because of the hick-ups
