Every team member went above and beyond, consistently going the extra mile to ensure comfort, care, and outstanding service. In particular, I would like to recognize Orkan Jafaraly, Front Office Manager, Ulka, Assistant Front Office Manager, Karim, and Matlab. Each of them listened attentively to my needs every single time and responded with genuine warmth, efficiency, and remarkable hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help at every moment reflect the highest standards of service and truly made a difference in my experience. "Do not stay here if you have status with Expedia. They will not recognise your gold status or your VIP access. It's reasonably clean, the reception staff weren't overly great but the restaurant staff were amazing. Does the job for the price but it's not even in downtown Bakú and they don't recognise your status. Not worth it in my opinion."

"Smith Hotel is an old hotel that is walking distance to a metro station (Ganjlik). There is a Grandmart supermarket nearby open 24 hours, and there is a KFC just downstairs. It is actually a crowded area with some schools and a busy street. My room was facing behind the building so it was not noisy. I think the front desk was not as sensitive to my needs as they were supposed to be. I called them regarding the TV remote not working properly and the fridge not being cold enough. I honestly could not resolve those issues with the front desk at all. My remote and my fridge were still the same as I was checking out as I checked in. Sorry about that. "
