"Our room was infested with roaches. We were afraid to use the countertops and drawers due to water damage and roaches. Pillows hard and small. Springs in mattresses squeaked. Main front door lock to building broke 2nd night and we had to walk around building to other entrances to get in after hours. The main issue was the roach infestion. I killed at least 20 roaches. We got home finally and left all our belongings outside to air out and make sure we didn't have roaches in our own blankets and clothes. "
