Amazing staff, room and everything in between! Felt very secure and safe! In a very clean environment! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a really nice hotel near the zocalo, so touristy area but near some major attractions, and there’s a lot if very good restaurants and street food. I’ve really a lovely hotel and Nelly, who sat at the travel assistance desk was incredibly helpful. The room Was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I’m giving hotel Canada 4 stars is because I thought the breakfast food was really awful. . So book here and go somewhere else for breakfast.
