“I’m starting a diary to document my horrible experience at the center hotel Sharjah. To start with, I would give this hotel zero stars. There isn’t a clean place to eat or get food in the area. The first thing that caught my attention was the dirty, old carpet in my room. On my first morning, I tried to make coffee, but the kettle wasn’t working. I spent about 30 minutes trying to use it before calling reception. Someone came to my room and discovered that the kettle had been placed incorrectly. He simply moved it to the proper base, which should have been set up correctly in the first place. The most serious issue was that I got locked inside the bathroom. After locking the door, I couldn’t get it open again. I struggled for almost an hour, not knowing what to do. There was a telephone in the bathroom, but it wasn’t connected to any phone line—it was just a device with no way to call for help. Thankfully, I eventually managed to open the door myself. The bathroom is in very poor condition. The shower is old and leaks badly, spraying water outside the shower area and soaking the bathroom floor. The sink is also faulty because the drain stopper is stuck, so the water doesn’t drain and just sits in the sink. There are many things in this hotel that are broken. I don’t feel safe using the elevator, so I’ve been taking the stairs instead. I’m staying on the seventh floor, and when I walk down, the stairwell is so dark between some floors that I have to use the flashlight on m

The rooms are very clean, well appointed and maintained well. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. The food was excellent and the wait staff just wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

The location is good. Parking is free. But staff are not how you expect. The moment I reached room after check-in I am receiving call from reception saying I did not pay 15dhm fee at the desk. I told them multiple times I paid and the guy who called me was the one who gave me the card machine and I swiped my card and I got receipt. Still he is saying I did not pay and asking me to come back and pay. I asked him to check the camera and then call me. Guys on the day of your check out do expect multile calls from reception from 11AM. Check out time is 12pm and we know that. But they will start bothering you over phone calls from 11AM. Not once or twice. More than 3 times. Never seen such attitude before. Most important - no guests allowed. We are not allowed to take anyone to the room. We can sit in lobby or use the restaurant in the ground but not allowed to bring to the room. Ok thats it this is my last stay in this hotel

The property needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are stained. The ceiling in the toilet is also stained. The toilet counter is chipped. Wall paper needs to be changed as gap lines are starting to appear. This should not be the case for a 5-star hotel.
