This is the perfect quick pit-stop in Albertville after a day travelling from Calais. Overnight before getting up early and getting up the mountain for a full day skiing. My 5th or 6th stay. It’s basic but does exactly what it is intended for.

Breakfast the usual standard offering cold meats cheese cereals etc Hotel is in process of fitting rooms with A/C and work starts everyday at 6a.m so banging, drilling doors opening / shutting vehicles coming/going - on top of that major roadworks immediately outside hotel combined with the heatwave - this was not a restful stay for me. Staff members generally very helpful and certainly helped me with ordering some vehicle psrts over the phone as my french is not very good.
