"Jardín sin vallar y con muebles de jardín con telarañas y algunos rotos. Sillas de plástico algunas pintadas. No tumbonas. Muebles del interior anticuados. Tapa y asiento del wc viejos. Tuve que pedir trapos de cocina porque no había y los trajeron rápido. Ventanas sin mosquiteras. Tanto mis hijas como nosotros no hemos descansado bien porque los colchones son mediocres. "Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...

"Stayed in the hotel for two days mid-September during family trip to north of Spain. Hotel is located within a few minutes from old town still close to very good restaurants. We spend a few hours with a drink in the hand just watching the waterfront view from our window! Parking is external but is very convenient and has an elevator directly into the hotel - better than some hotel parking I've seen. Very attentive stuff, we got a welcome gift that we appreciated very much! Room cleaning was done really well and thorough. Overall - exceptional experience and will not hesitate to book Vincci Puertochico hotel if I end up in Santander one more time!"
