Wonderful place.

We stopped for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Room was immaculate and modern. Hotel reception seating area is awesome, like a Palace ( see pics) Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was huge. All this for a great price as well. Would reccomend it 100%

Staff was super kind, they also brought us a welcome tea in the room. Nevertheless the hotel looks quite dated, the room was not too bad but half of the double bed was broken, the shower was not the best. Breakfast was poor. City centre is at ~2km walking distance. Okay for a cheap one-night stay.

All the staff were pleasant and very helpfull but the breakfast was one the worst we were experienced also our room was very dingy not enough lighting,the bathroom again didn’t have any proper lighting and shower cubicle was very old and shower itself wasn’t working properly, our hotel room’s inside door frame was broken and some parts were missing and remaining parts did fall over my partner’s face….very dissapointing…never again….

Not so good dirty tissues in between the towels no toilet roll tv would not connect to the internet no light bulb in the bedside light went to ask for one and the reception man was sleeping shower not so clean window was open but it was lik that as it was broken, breakfast very little choice and not so good staff were helpful though not what we expected at all

Dont bothervto book hoel in mersin area few available onbhotels booking and other sites you can get cheaper rooms by direct asking for 2 adults and 1 child i paid 56 pounds when actually romm was availble for average of 1600 lira in same even better condition hotels in ame street booking web sites dont have feed backs from mersin hotels as used by locals and most are vacant and most prefer to stay towards tourist sites like tomuk and erdemeli but still they dont have enough hotels

Terrible stay

The hotel is run down, we were given a room with a broken toilet seat and bidet water would not turn off, also the door card didn't work, we complained and happily the staff changed our room but this time the shower was broken and toilet door handle broken. The rooms are tired and bedding didnt look clean. The AC was very noisy and kept on turning on and off. The breakfast was not good. The price was ok but still nothing should be broken.
