"Haley at the front desk she was very nice and polite we got in late. Kitchen was about to close, but she made sure that we had something to eat. Also, I couldn’t remember the guy name that worked the night with her, but he was very pleasant to make sure we had all food and he got it out ASAP."

Navigating check-in is tricky as there is no parking and people everywhere, but once you get to your room, the experience is fantastic. We stayed in the tower on the beach and couldn't have been happier. Great view, great beach access, decent parking, tasty breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again "

"We stayed on the 6th floor with great views of the hotel lazy river pool and a balcony with ocean view. Beach is walking distance. Lazy River enjoyed very much by the children. Giant screen showing movie at the pool, great idea. Pool towels should be renovated. They are very small and worn out. Lunch options and cleanliness to be improved. Breakfast option varied and very well assorted and place clean. Reception personnel very accommodating and kind. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "
