「The property is extraordinarily clean and modern with beautifully maintained grounds. The host was very responsive to all communications. The unit had everything we needed and so much more. We especially loved the view off of our balcony. We will definitely stay again in the future.」

「We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!」

「The unit is very clean and comfortable, with modern furniture. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, along with a full-sized coffee maker and two coffee servings of tasty Columbian coffee, (though we were surprised there was no salt and pepper).The condo also has a washer and dryer which is a nice extra.The property grounds are well maintained and the pool/hot tub area was fun. 「stay was pleasant. the balcony door was not easy to operate, the hwy noise was disruptive, not having an outlet near the bed was annoying and the constant beeping of the alarm in the main entry area needs to be fixed.check in/out was smooth, room was clean and cool. great location.」

「Floors were not well cleaned, and the furniture was well used and not very comfortable. The location is not ideal for sight seeing, there is no grass/ playground for children to play in, and the place is right by a high traffic area so you hear the vehicle noise constantly. With all that said, the host was easy to get ahold of, they communicated well and seemed very polite. If you want seafood, this location is right next to a very popular restaurant/ bar. 」
