"Our stay was very nice. The location was very convenient for going to the local dinosaur attractions. The host was very nice and hospitable. The only problem with the stay was the rooms were located on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor, but this was more of a physical problem since getting older stairs are a little more difficult to traverse, and having to get up in the middle of the night to "go" was tricky. The host has donkeys and they made the trip very interesting, to say the least. The first day, they stood in the middle of the driveway like "Ye shall not pass" lol I got our scratched one of them behind the ears though and they moved out of the driveway. Honestly, we had a lot of fun on the trip, and I think the donkeys added to the experience. "

"Cottage was exceptionally clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Everything was very clean, and neat. I really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the hot tub. Also, the beds were comfortable, which is the most important thing to me."

"We wanted lots of room and multiple bathrooms. This supplied both. The kitchen has plenty of plates and silverware to accommodate 14 guests. Plenty of seating at dining tables inside and out on the patio. We could suggest that the management company be more professional in dealing with questions from guests. It should also be noted that just having a VRBO account is no longer adequate. Instructions didn't come to my email account or to my phone, forcing the acceptance of the APP. There should be clear instructions stating this fact."

"Derek was extremely courteous and helpful. The furniture was all very comfortable and sturdy--obviously not box-store variety! Well stocked kitchen--which we enjoyed tremendously! We had no issues except a little internet issue and Derek took care of us right away. We've been doing this vacation for over 20 years, and this stay was one of my favorites and most relaxing of all. I'd love staying here again if we're headed back this way!--Trish, Texas"
