It is located at the back of the property and requires a lot of stairs before reaching this casita. -This is the main drawback. If you don't like stairs or have mobility issues then please do not rent this unit.

This authentic Mexican-style studio apartment, Casita Paraiso with a private 600 sq ft patio will be a nice welcome to the Mayan culture! You'll be just a block from the Malecón promenade and the beach! It is a very comfortable and cheerful and private casita (“little house”).
And it's priced if you are on a budget. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all you’ll need to prepare or reheat meals. There’s a new refrigerator, a coffee maker, kettle, portable stove, and toaster oven, blender and microwave.- The bedroom is delightfully decorated and colorful, with ceiling fan and AC for comfort, a dresser & Smart TV w/Netflix.
