Los cuartos muy amplios, el servicio bueno, el estacionamiento insuficiente entonces te mandan a otro lugar y ahí tiene arboles que sueltan resina y ensucian los coches terriblemente.

Lamentamos lo que nos comenta. Nosotros contamos con 2 áreas de estacionamiento y una es muy amplia y llena de jardines que brindan una vista muy relajante. Estamos revisando su comentario para mejorar nuestros servicios.

Beds were comfortable, food was great, service was excellent and walls were sound proof, no noise whatsoever. Hospital, ADO Bus and mall were just minutes walk away. Neighborhood was very safe

Hotel cerca de terminal ADO altabrisa
La aplicación dice que hay una bebida de cortesía pero de las últimas 12 noches que me he hospedado ahí, nunca me la han ofrecido.. Hoteles indica que es a disponibilidad del hotel.. solo es gancho para la venta en la aplicación no está obligado el hotel a darlo.

Was a safe place right across from Star Medica. Last hour we didn't have running water. Also that the bathroom shower was half ways open I didn't like.

Tienen que poner bastante atención en la limpieza, de bienvenida una enorme cucaracha y de despedida una araña en el baño. Por el precio que cobran por las habitaciones deja mucho a desear. En general descuidado el hotel, la terraza de la habitación sucia, y no dan factura.

La limpieza de la habitación deja que desear, había residuos de algo pegajoso cerca de la cama y en los 5 días que me hospedé, jamás lo limpiaron. Además al final tuvimos un mal sabor de boca ya que el recepcionista no nos cobró IVA en el check-in y a l salida nos dijo que simplemente se le olvidó y teníamos que pagar la diferencia. Así que fue un mal check-out. También escuché que ya se había ido otros huéspedes y no les cobró unas fundas de almohadas. Entonces, es una recepción muy despistada.

Precio adecuado a lo que ofrecen.
La ubicación es lo que me gusto ya que tenía cita en un lugar muy cercano y además a un lado está un centro comercial. En general estaba limpio solo había un detalle de mantenimiento en el baño y se arreglo. La habitación se ve que así como el hotel no son muy nuevos pero si creo que en el baño se podría quitar un poco el hongo negro del área de la regadera. Bien para la relación calidad precio.

The hotel and the room was extremely dirty, to a point we didn't take our shoes off the whole time we were there because we didn't feel like walking on a grimy floor. The restroom was very dirty, rust everywhere. Communication was not easy with the staff. The beds were riddle with bedbugs --- we didn't sleep all night, including the kids --- we covered the beds with plastic sheets I bought from a store, and rested on that for a little. Next day we were out almost all day, only went to to collect our stuff, shower, change and leave for the airport 10 hours earlier! Horrible!

Okay hotel terrible food
When we booked this hotel it was to include breakfast. After having breakfast and getting up to leave, they ran after us with a bill. Had breakfast not been included we would not have eaten at this hotel. In a city that has incredible food, their food is just mediocre at best.

Todo muy limpio, el servicio de todos los empleados estupendo. Aunque no es muy grande la alberca, es de buen tamaño, el jardín esta muy bonito y cuidado. Tiene una farmacia abierta 24 hrs justo a un lado del hotel.

All was well with room, but unfortunately the music from the restaurant/bar kept me up at night. I’ve stayed here many times, this was the first time this occurred. I’m sure it was due to location of room which was directly above restaurant. Will never stay in that section again.
