"The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. We had a bit of an issue with the level of noise from the nearby road - concrete with gaps that meant the whole building trembled a little when lorries passed by. Nachteil war nur der fehlende WLAN-Anschluss (aber man konnte den Gast-Zugang des im Erdgeschoss liegenden IzyCoffee nutzen (mit täglich neuer Anmeldung).
