My wife and I had an incredible time celebrating our honeymoon here at Jose’s place in Menorca!!!! The property itself is very cute and cozy and it is literally right next to a very nice, family friendly beach. We would wake up every morning, get ready, and walk less than a minute to go relax next to the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. The restaurant next door is also a huge bonus. The staff are hilarious and kind and the food/drinks will make you feel like you’re in heaven. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic time in Menorca! This property was perfect for us with two young children. Beautiful views and the perfect location. The beach was literally a 1 min walk down the ramp which made it so convenient to go back and forth. Some great restaurants in the area with a small supermarket. Everything you need on your doorstep. José was a great host, replied promptly to any queries. Would definitely be coming back to this property next summer.

Emplacement parfait pour toute la famille, sur l’une des meilleures plages et baignades de l’île. Bon point de départ pour visiter toute l’île. L’appartement est bien agencé et propre. Le propriétaire est très cordial et échange efficacement avec nous si besoin. Je recommande fortement.

Perfect location overlooking the beach…

We very much enjoyed our stay, great location and everything we needed on our doorstep. Water activities on the beach such as paddle boards and peddle boat hire really enhanced our stay, particularly for my 16 year old son. There is also a small but well stocked supermarket very close by which was very useful. The week we stayed was very warm, average daytime temp around 33c and 25- 27 c at night, was difficult to sleep as there is no AC but we slept with both double doors open to let in the breeze and soothing sounds of waves breaking onto the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great beach location

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to wonderful restaurants and right above the beach. There is everything that you need for a relaxing stay with great communication from the host.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment was absolutely amazing. The view from all rooms was breathtaking. The apartment has all you need and more. The apartment had just been decorated prior to our arrival and the little touches are great. Jose was a superb host and communication was so quick. Big thank you Jose. Lastly the restaurants and bar underneath, along with the staff were lovely. We’ll be back.

L’appartement est bien situé en bord de plage, Arenal d’en Castell est une station balnéaire familiale. Les propriétaires sont très attentionné, et vous donnnent tous les conseils nécessaires. Il manque peut-être la climatisation pour les jours de grosse chaleur, et un lave-vaisselle serait un plus également. Il y a des restaurants sous l’appartement mais cela n’occasionne pas de trop de problème de bruit mais plus de parking pour ce garer.

Beautiful view, right on the beach

The location is absolutely incredible. It’s right on the beach with a gorgeous view from the bedroom. The space itself is very simple but also very functional.

Emplacement privilégié et vue magnifique

Incontestablement, le gros point fort de cet appartement est son emplacement idéal : à deux pas de la plage, avec une vue magnifique et ressourçante sur toute la baie ! Nous en avons pris plein les yeux pendant tout notre séjour ! L’appartement en lui même n’est pas des plus modernes mais il est fonctionnel avec de l’espace et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours dans de bonnes conditions. Jose est arrangeant, tout s’est bien passé, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour !

Fantastic location and view!

Casi se toca el mar con los dedos

Tuve problemas con los vuelos pero aún así me facilitaron la estancia e incluso pude hacer un check in temprano. Muy buena comunicación y un sitio increíble tranquilo en la misma playa. Seguro que vuelvo. Miguel.

Fantastic Location!

The house is located right on the beach with a lovely big balcony area and plenty of space for our family of 5. It is basic but has everything you need. The entire process was extremely easy as José communicated with us before we arrived and explained the check in process. José was also very helpful with finding a doctor for my daughter who needed medication. The area is perfect for young families as the beach is very safe for swimming. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance too. This house is perfect for a relaxed and easy holiday, we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Place

I stayed 10 days with my family into this apartment directly on one of most beautiful beach in Menorca. The house is comfortable, Josè is very kind and helped us in any issue. If you like to weak up in the morning watching a wonderful sea, this is the right place.

Vue privilégiée et splendide!

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord et l'est de l'île. Arenal Den Castell est un endroit magnifique (en tout cas hors saison,) et la vue sur la plage est incroyable. L'accès à celle-ci est également très rapide (quelques dizaines de mètres). L'appartement lui même est correct même s'il mériterait un rafraîchissement; il était adapté pour notre famille avec 2 ados, et nous à permis également de stocker notre matériel (paddle, coffre de toit). Le véritable plus de cette location est son emplacement privilégié.

Location location location

We had a fabulous time in José's place. The location is perfect, absolutely beautiful view with bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us and the apartment was perfect, kids and adult bedroom don't share a wall. Kids room secure as window is high up from outside. Balcony wall, although a bit high and blocks the view when seated, is really safe for kids. The beach was perfect, some days so calm no waves at all so really safe for kids. We used the swimming pool at blue diamond resort with purchasing a drink/food which was lovely. Covid tests sorted with ease at local clinic, although there was a queue so take a book. All in all fab place for families. Jose a great host and responded very quickly to a few small issues with had, broken fan not enough wine glasses (!). Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Menorca.

Beau séjour

Très bon séjour dans un lieu de rêve ! Très bien localisé. Propriétaire très attentif et à l’écoute. Toutefois, il y a quelques améliorations à apporter en termes d’équipement dans l’appartement.
