I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dar Dorra Hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This amazing new property is a true gem nestled in the heart of the old city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its authentic charm and stunning design. The hotel is impeccably clean and spotless, reflecting a level of care and attention to detail that is truly commendable. Each corner of the property exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the rich history and vibrant culture of Tunis. Being in the old city allows for easy access to local markets, historic sites, and delightful eateries, making it an ideal base for any traveler. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast offered each morning. It was a delightful way to start the day, with a variety of fresh, flavorful options that catered to all tastes. Overall, my experience at Dar Dorra Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed at the carthage suite for 3 nights. It was very comfortable. There is a bar/lounge just one floor up but that did not bother me at all. We slept well, the room gets nice and dark for a great rest. The room was in a very clean condition. There is tea, coffee machine, and lots of choices to chose from the mini bar. The tub is very big, with a sink and big mirror. The toilet is separate with it's own sink. There is nice gel hand soaps, body soap and shampoo which were organic and smelled so nice. All the staff at the property were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very fresh, with a chef making nice omelets, a nice expresso coffee maker, fresh baked bread, lots of desserts, cheeses, vegetables, and hot foods. The staff made us feel welcome. The entrance has a security that made me feel very safe. We also ordered room service, the food comes from the luna sky bar also which the food was superb. In addition, we walked around the hotel and there are so many nice coffee shops and a turkish restaurant with delicious foods. We loved our stay.
