C’était bien mais
Par où commencer, concernant l’hôtel pour ma part il ne vos absolument pas 4*, les chambre sont pas aussi belle que sur les photos, les murs cassés, salle de bain très petite,draps sale. l’hôtel est beau de l’extérieur et dans le hall mais c’est tout, les odeurs désagréables. Pour parler du buffet , par contre très t’es bon avec du choix donc sur ça rien à dire. Et pour le personnel, ont tient à remercier samantha,et d’autres personnes qu’on a pas pu prendre le prenom qui accueil toujours avec le sourire et qui essaye de parler avec nous malgré la barrière de la langue mais par contre un certain Pedro qui nous montre clairement qu’on est pas les bienvenus c’est dommage. L’hôtel est bien pour une famille avec des enfants car il y a beaucoup d’activité (mini parc, piscine, toboggan géant, spectacle le soir et j’en passe) donc sympa mais je ne reviendrai pas

Very clean,selection of food was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and the animation team were first class. All ideal for ourselves and our nine year old grandson.

The hotel is ok, but the people are amazing
We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun. The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark. Public transportation was also very convenient from the hotel.

In our hotel we have different types of rooms, such as the spacious suites with 2 bedrooms, a large living room and sitting area and terrace. Decent hotel
Hotel was good and conveniently located. Water park opposite was amazing. Had pool view room so had lots of noise from the hotel until 11pm. Air con unit was poor. Wifi was poor. Sink blocked from first day but hotel fixed it straight away. Sheets not changed daily. Some new towels had stains.

Ett vanligt charterhotell
Fin utsikt från rum med havsutsikt. Mycket underhållning på kvällarna, roligt för de som deltar, mycket ljud till samtliga rum för de som inte gör det. Flera bord och platser utomhus, men man får bara äta inomhus. Mycket liv vid poolområdet på kvällarna. Städningen utan anmärkning. För cykeluthyrning hänvisar hotellet till en annan ort. Hotellet kräver förskottsbetalning av halva beloppet en tid innan via ett meddelande på spanska, vilket är ovanligt och kom som en överraskning (det står att detta ska framgå på hotels.com, men det märkte vi inte). Detta belopp återbetalas inte vid senare avbokning. Poolen är bra. Rummet mindre, men funktionellt. Bra storlek på badrummet, dock trång duschkabin. Ett charterhotell med långa korridorer och typiska gäster, helt enkelt, på gott och ont.

Tack för alla era kommentarer. När det gäller några av dina kommentarer: Ja, du kan äta ute på den täckta terrassen vid poolen, men på grund av väderförhållandena kan vi inte tillåta det under vissa tider på året (i början och slutet av säsongen). När du bokar via mellanhänder måste vi ibland anpassa vår information till de kriterier som dessa företag ställer upp och ibland kan missförstånd uppstå. Vi kommer att se över texterna så att de inte är vilseledande under bokningsprocessen. Tack så mycket.

Don't go there
My son got food poisoning with temperature up to 39 from hotel food, another kid also got food poisoning and went to hospital on the same day food is no where near fresh.Additional charges for: using water park 6 p.d, changing towels 6, natural coffee at the bar 1,5. Even for all inclusive option. At the main restaurant natural cofee is not available. Overall feels like all inclusive is like cheap option by the way they act to you. Im not going there again even for free...

No lo aconsejamos
El mantenimiento del hotel es nulo. Hay humedades, grietas y manchas en las paredes. Está enfocado básicamente a los extranjeros (creo que eramos los únicos españoles del hotel). Los horarios de las comidas son demasiado temprano. La comida es mala y repetitiva. La habitación está bien, aunque nos tocó a pie de bar y a las 7 de la mañana los ingleses ya estaban bebiendo y gritando. Carece de servicios básicos como nevera y secador. Pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que tenía que apuntarme en una lista para que me prestaran uno. Siempre que preguntaba me dijeron que estaba de las primeras de la lista pero el secador nunca llegó. Era una pena ver a los ingleses con pulsera de "todo incluido" pidiendo las bebidas de 4 en 4 y dejando los vasos llenos encima de las mesas.

el hotel de la pelicula de terror
El hotel es muy viejo, los huespedes tambien son viejos (solo habia gente de 60 años arriba, eramos la única pareja joven). Justo al lado del hotel están construyendo un parque aquatico, se escuchaba bastante la construcción. Las habitaciones son viejas, muy ruidosas. Habia una puerta rara en la habitación que daba a la habitación de vecinos, pasaba la luz, que molestaba mucho. Habia Wi-fi solo en la recepción del hotel. Hotel parecia mucho a sanatorio con huespedes jugando parchis y domino.

Weaknesses: below-average food, very poor animation, position (very very small beach at 1 km); wifi functioning well only before 7 am - For the rest, average service and comfort. Nothing to write home about...

L'impression d'être dans une usine touristique. Nourriture 1er prix, chambre sentant la javel. Un trauma en arrivant sur l'île de Minorque. A oublier.

Imposible descansar y habitaciones antiguas y pequ
Hotel pensando para turistas extranjeros: comida, horarios, etc. Incluso tuvo que ir la policia por una pelea. Habitaciones antiguas y pequeñas con mucho ruido desde las 7 am. Imposible descansar. Solo se salva el personal del hotel.

Todo el personal amable, servicial, atento, desde que entras a recepción hasta que abandonas el hotel, la comida mas que correcta y algún dia excepcional.

Familiehotel. Underholdning om aftenen V/pool betyder ingen ro på alle værelser, der har balkon til området. Hotellet virker slidt. Utrolig venlig personale i reception. Ikke gratis wi-fi. Ikke hårtørrer på værelse.

El hotel esta bien
Todo correcto aunque la playa esta un poco lejos (10-15min caminando) pero hay buses que te llevan (pagando). Y el hotel y el personal esta muy bien, sobretodo el personal de recepcion y el de animacion. Com pega pondria que esta enfocado todo demasiado al turismo de fuera (alemanes, ingleses, franceses e italianos) tanto en comida, horarios y maneras de hacer, supongo que es logico teniendo en cuenta que deben de ser clientes potenciales frente al turismo español.

Room's Not as described by Hotels.com
I stayed at this hotel for a wedding I was attending with friends. When I booked this room through Hotel.com it stated the following I copied & pasted: Guestrooms. Rooms open to balconies. The 252 air-conditioned guestrooms at Hotel Club Sur Menorca include minibars and safes. Televisions are equipped with satellite channels. Bathrooms offer bathtubs, bathrobes, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. The room's have none of these as was told by reception after I went to reception as thought I had been put in wrong room. Would I stay here again NEVER, if was not for wedding no way would I. Very surprised no other review mentions rooms not as advertised. maybe these reviews are not printed?

Hotel Sur Menorca: Mejor déjaselo a los güiris.
El Hotel está situado al sur de la isla de Menorca, como a 1Km de la playa de la Prima, que no está mal, esto es lo único bueno que tiene a mi parecer, por lo demás, la habitación estaba sucia (algunas manchas dejaban muy poco espacio a la imaginación), la cama era incómoda a más no poder, se te clavaban más los muelles que en una cama de pinchos. El hotel está pensado para los turistas extranjeros, sobre todo ingleses, que lo único que buscan es sol y alcohol, o bien pasar unos días con toda la familia en un lugar barato. La comida es tipo bufé libre, pero su calidad deja muuuucho que desear, lo único bueno es que tenían un excelente repertorio de quesos, y si eres un amante del queso como yo, eso se agradece. Desde luego, yo no recomiendo este hotel a nadie, desluce mucho la experiencia de visitar una isla tan bonita como Menorca y la relación calidad/precio, sea cual sea el precio, es desfavorable.
