Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower. The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning. Great value for the money and would visit again!

Lovely apartment in the Mahon city
Our stay at Apartanentos Turisticos Royal Life was great, the property staff are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, room was big with a big bed, loads of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, mini fridge was available. Crockery and cutlery was there for use. Everyday housekeeping was available. The property has its own swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to the Port of Mao, bus stop was walking distance too. The apartment has its own private balcony. Overall it was well worth a stay. Cons - bit too expensive for a 2 star property. The Aircon was not in the room but was on top of the kitchen section.

The receptionists were very friendly and able to answer all my questions comprehensively. There was a daily room cleaning, and the rooms were very spacious. I thought the pool opened too late at 10am, as I'm a morning swimmer, but this is just personal preference really.

Excellent Mahon apartment
Highly recommended. Very easy check in and very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed having the use of the balcony and the apartment had everything required for basic cooking. The pool wasn't yet open for the season but it was in a nice setting. Great location for Mahon centre and very close to the harbourside for bars and restaurants.

Very comfortable place, the staff was very nice and helpful, and it’s walking distance from the city center and the bay. And the large balcony was a very welcomed plus!

An excellent base for exploring Menorca
Well located in a relatively quiet area of Mahon, this place was a truly excellent discovery for our recent 9-day stay in Menorca. We found we could easily stroll into the city centre within 5-10 minutes and get to the bus station in a comfortable 20 minutes for daily trips to fantastic beach resorts such as Son Bou, San Tomas, Arenal d'en Castell and Fornells. Our accommodation comprised a nice double bedroom with blinds that effectively kept out the morning sunlight; a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool, a sofa, a flat-screen TV (with plenty of UK and other European channels), and a small but well-equipped kitchenette; and, last but not least, a bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were super helpful. It's handily-placed for the shops too, with a bakery, greengrocer and (very) small supermarket around the corner a couple of hundred metres away. There's a garage and a large-ish Eroski Center supermarket a bit further on as well. All in all, we were really pleased with our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Very helpful staff who helped and recovered a mobile phone left in a taxi, advised on local transport and advice on locations to visit and it is close to mahon itself.

Good location, friendly helpful staff
I was in Apartment 10 on second floor It was clean and had everything you would need to self cater. Some parts are a bit old and could do with replacing such as fridge. For the price paid it was fine. This was our second stay and went back for the location, close to Old Town restaurants and lovely marina with restaurants and bars.

Good Samaritan Hotel
This was an unexpected stay as we had booked with 2 hours notice because we had to leave our hotel in another part of Menorca because of the chaos (loss of power and water) caused by the hurricane. This hotel came to the rescue-they had opened up many rooms that I think they had probably closed for the winter. It was clean, the service was great (although it appeared that they had limited staff-probably because it was an unplanned opening) and we had heating, light and a shower!! The rooms were lovely and well maintained and comfortable. It was a spur of the moment find-but I would definitely stay there again.

Apartment overall was good, well laid out and had everything you needed for a short break. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We stayed in room 27 in the far block so balcony overlooked a side street in a residential area which was noisy at times. There were a couple of minor issues with regard to cleanliness of the room which were dealt with promptly by the staff when pointed out. Well situated for walk to the port in the evenings with large selection of restaurants and shops or to the old town of Mahon. Nice pool area that didn't get too busy.

Good facilities in convenient location
Nice apartments with kitchen facilities and balcony. The only issue I had is that the bedroom was very warm and there was no air con in there. I had to have the fan on all night to get to anything like a comfortable temperature. The pool is excellent and seems to be hardly used. 10 minute walk into the town centre and further 10 minutes to the bus station which can take you to most places on the island. Waterfront restaurants are a short walk away.

Enjoyed our stay.Nice size rooms.Good self catering facilities ...Quick and easy to walk to the centre of Mahon and to the harbour.As it was early in the season we were able to park our hire car in the street outside which was a bonus .Very pleasant staff .

Lovely peaceful stay
Lovely apartments, spacious, really helpful staff. Great numbers and bar garden area, only negative was the pool not open until 1st May so we were a bit early. A 10 minute walk to the marina. Incredibly quiet and peaceful.

La posizione della struttura è buona e nelle vicinanze del porto. Purtroppo ci sono diverse cose che non vanno: - condizionatore in camera NON PRESENTE, ma ventilatore a soffitto; - Wi-Fi non funzionante; - NO Ascensore (la nostra stanza era al secondo piano); - Lenzuola sporche (macchie marroni) ma prontamente cambiate appena richiesto (peccato ce ne siamo accorti all’una e mezza di notte, quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere il giorno dopo per comunicarlo) Le ragazze della reception sono state gentili e disponibili a venirci incontro, tuttavia non ci tornerei.
