「The location was excellent. We needed to travel outside of the city each day toward the south so this was a good neighborhood. It also was not far from restaurants or the downtown. The house was comfortable and spacious.」

「We stayed for a week due to a family member receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic which is in close proximity. The house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. We found all of the amenities we needed and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the attached garage especially during this cold winter. Adam was extremely pleasant to work with and responded to any question we had within 30 minutes. Would highly recommended this property. 」

「We had the perfect mom’s getaway! The house was as described and pictures accurate. Beautiful setting on the river. We enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen, lounging and watching movies and shopping and dining out in Durand. We loved the hot tub on the screened in porch and used it a couple of the nights.」

「The house was great for our group and the location was great for the event we were there for. The hot tub was a great perk! The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was it was listed as a duplex, and didn’t realize the other side would be occupied. Unsure if another VRBO guest or VRBO owner. Other than that, the house was great!」
