I expected it to be better but it was tired and very old fashioned The room was fine but staff very average not that welcoming at all. No idea where the spa was as no one told us and the bar area was soulless no atmosphere at all Breakfast looked ok but all the bread and croissants were pre baked rather than fresh from the bakery- Fruit salads looked liked they’d been made up a while ago and the girl serving coffee was as miserable as anything she didn’t smile or welcome us at all. It’s a average hotel definitely not 4*

"This was a very basic "hotel". The first room I was put in was pretty bad and looked as though it had not been decorated since the 1980's. There are not blackout curtains on any of the windows so be prepared to have the sun come blasting in at 6 AM. The beds feels like something you would have slept ..."
