Old hotel

Old hotel in need of modernisation, bathroom very small and old. Staff were fantastic, so very kind and helpful. Very noisy at night from a cafe next door that never seems to close.

Amazing service!

We stayed at Xumec for three nights in June 2019 and had an incredible experience. The service provided by the front desk staff helped us enjoy Mendoza. The kitchenettes in the rooms were very helpful for snacks/tea. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Mendoza!

è um apart hotel, com equipamentos básicos de cozinha, geladeira, chaleira eletrica e microondas. O quarto é amplo e a cama confortável, com ventilador e ar condicionado (não usamos). O café da manhã é bom, pode ser melhorado com queijo e presunto em fatias. O atendimento e a localização central é otima, perto de tudo, a uma quadra do supermercado carrefour e do mercado central. Por estar na esquina de avenida movimentad, faz um certo barulho até as 23 horas e a partir das 5 horas.

Atendimento fantástico. Staff sempre disponível, explicando tudo o que pedíamos com tranquilidade e bom humor. Localização ótima, com farto comércio, mercado, podendo ir a pé para as principais atrações da cidade. Bom café da manhã. Pegamos um quarto bom e espaçoso, com minicozinha, apesar de já pedir uma certa modernização. Tudo funciona, mas faltam tomadas e o banheiro é pequeno. As roupas de cama e banho também podiam ser mais novas. Nada que comprometesse a estadia, tem ótima relação custo x benefício e uma cama bem confortável para descansar dos longos e belos passeios que Mendoza oferece!

Hotel satisfatório, com ótima localização!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com vários serviços próximos, tudo acessível a pé, inclusive a Praça Independência, a apenas umas poucas quadras. Fiquei satisfeita em praticamente tudo, à exceção do café da manhã, que é bem pobre, e de uma leve alergia causada pelas colchas das camas. No mais, tudo ótimo!

La atención muy buena, el hotel está bien ubicado, la habitación que nos tocó era muy linda. Lo único que al llegar nos dijeron que no nos cubría el parking el cual ya habíamos contratado, y nos querían cobrar 10 dolares por día. (que la página no cambio eso y que no tenían incluido el estacionamiento) luego lo solucionaron.

The two guys who were at the front desk were very nice, especially the man in Black. Room was quaint and bed comfortable. Unfortunately the WiFi was not good, and we got a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast was boring and coffee not good. Very good location.
