Hotel estilo familiar

A hospedagem no Hotel Universal foi maravilhosa! Nos sentimos em casa, funcionários atenciosos, mas destaque para a Mirtha que a todo tempo foi extremamente atenciosa, prestativa e simpática; nos trocou de quarto sem burocracia, reservou passeios ( mesmo não sendo da agência parceira do hotel), deu muitas dicas sobre a cidade, lavou nossas roupas...estava a todo momento atenta no que precisávamos. O café da manhã atendeu às nossas necessidades, o quarto e o chuveiro eram bons, a limpeza eficiente. Apesar do hotel não ser localizado na área central, havia muitos restaurantes e comércios nas redondezas; quando queríamos ir ao centro pegávamos táxi ou Uber que era muito barato (em torno de 5 a 10 reais). Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

ENGAÑAN OFRECIENDO ESTACIONAMIENTO

El hotel, ofrecia con estacionamiento, y estuvimos estacionado dos horas (un lugar para 4 autos), salimos y al regresar estaba ocupado, manifestando que ellos ofrecian estacionamiento" segun disponibilidad", el dueño me dijo de mal modo que lea la letra chica! la lei y en ningun lado decia eso!!!! La empleada Mirta es excelente!!! salva al funcionamiento del hotel! para ella 5 estrellas! Para el dueño ni una!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! En mi habitacion no habia control remoto, me dieron uno y no andaba!!! y TV chico cuadrado antiguo.
