While we enjoyed our stay, and generally liked this condo for its location, view, etc., with just a little attention to detail, maintenance, and responsiveness, this place could be so much better.
A few minor issues are to be expected, but there were far too many. For starters, the entrance gate doesn't open unless you pull the car further back than you would think, so not the best start to our stay, (others had the same problem). Door locks are also an issue, and the main lock for exiting the building would only work by using a key for the first 2 days, which is not very safe in an emergency.
The condo also had a distinct order of a bad air freshener that was likely used to mask something like cigarette smoke. It got better after we aired out, but was still apparent the whole time. That, coupled with lights that didn't work in the master, sheets and blankets that were entirely too small for the bedding, not enough towels, and a clogged sink in the master bath made for a great deal of unnecessary frustration. And my attempt to email them to address some of these issues wasn't even given the courtesy of a response.
Finally, there's a stairway down to the village that avoids walking down the road. However, the gate at the top, into the condos, auto-locks at some point, which is fine, but they don't tell you when that is, so I walked all they way up only to have to go all the way back down.
Easy things to address, but far too many to overlook.
