Welcome to our spacious home, where you can come together, have fun, and create lifetime memories! Conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and the many attractions Memphis has to offer. Life is busy, this is your space to hang out, watch a favorite movie, play a game, or cook a meal in the large kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with a backyard to enjoy your morning coffee or a favorite beverage as you relax after your day. A pet is welcome for an additional fee.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The front bedroom has 2 double beds. The middle bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Parking in driveway, and plenty of free street parking.
There is a separate studio located at the top of the driveway that is rented separately. Parking in the driveway is reserved for guests of the Main House only (this house), guests in the studio park on the street only.
Central location. Walk to Overton Square, a restaurant & entertainment district.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and place on top of washing machine. Empty refrigerator. Place all dishes in dishwasher and turn on
Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Unplug backyard lights (if used) Turn AC to 78 degrees in summer Turn Heat to 62 in winter
Lock the front door by pressing the "lock symbol" on the keypad. Manually lock the back door including deadbolt. Close the back gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
