Cars were broken into almost every night. We stayed for 7 nights and only got service one time only after we went and complained. Every day we had to go get towels. Way too much money for no service.

Arrived late evening and was given a room where the toilet didn’t flush and there was no running water. No apology, just a change of room. Staff also took two unauthorised payments from my credit card. Highly unsatisfactory for the brand.

There was black mold in the shower, all the drains were backed up, hairs all over the toilet, melted food in the freezer, AC unit was broken up, hairs stuck in the towels, stains all over the carpet. We won’t be staying there again when we return next year.
