I love loved this hotel. The rooms were so well designed aesthetically and very comfortable too. They fit a lot into the lobby with coffee, bakery and a bar. The trolley runs out front. The Civil Rights Museum is very close. Beale Street is walkable. Great bbq is 2 blocks away. A few blocks to the beautiful riverfront park too.

I booked this room after 6pm for that same night once I decided to drive from Houston to Memphis. When I arrived at 9am the following morning I was informed that my room had been canceled and that I would not receive a refund.

Perfectly located for the National Civil Rights Museum and not far from restaurants and other venues. But it was noisy at night when people were leaving the restaurant and bar in the hotel and standing around (maybe waiting for the valet?).

This is an excellent place to stay with a good location if you are willing to walk a half mile. The Civil Right Museum is right across the street. The staff is very pleasant. The lobby is well designed for guests to take a breather and relax.

The hotel is well run and nice. The bartender husband and wife were excellent and lobby is always buzzing with people. Easy valet system for vehicles.

This was a more unique hotel than I have stayed at before. We had a very good stay. The hotel is really cute and in a nice location. We loved the great coffee shop in the lobby. The location was centrally located downtown and walkable to a lot of things we wanted to do. It was a bit noisy at times - being right across the street from a fire station. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, but everything else was great.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a new, warehouse feel with exposed wiring and brick! The coffee bar was fantastic. But i gave the 4 stars bc of the staff: top notch!

Rooms were so unique and comfortable. Liked the bar in the lobby, and shared check in and coffee bar. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Jimmy at bar. Wish parking situation was more accommodating.

EXCELLENT! The coffee shop in the lobby is a MUST. This was by far the best cup of coffee I’ve had! The staff are SO nice and very welcoming, texting me the day prior and the day of arrival. This is a MUST stay for anyone that loves a boutique hotel off the beaten path.
