Excellent experience. Welcomed by Henry who pleasantly and efficiently helped us with our bags. Check in was quick and efficient. Beautiful room, well appointed and exceptionally clean too. Conveniently located for our needs this trip to Toronto. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with tasteful options to suit any taste/diet. Attentive staff. Very secure feeling too as you need your card to access your floor.
