"Check in and check out procedures very easy. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of sleeping options. Home very cozy, and location ideal. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again :)"
"Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There were 3 televisions with only one remote operating. The gentleman that came to check the thermostat for the air stated the other remotes needed batteries. In their defense, everyone we came in contact with over the phone and in person was very nice and seemed to be doing everything they knew to do to get things up and running. It would just be nice if there had been some check list the day before we arrived after all we have to pay all fees in advance and would hope a good agency had all taken care of these issues. "Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "
