A spacious property would like to return again with extended family group. Great facilities, kitchen was well equipped could easily cater for group. Good communication from owners always helpful. Not in the main historical district but had plenty of places to buy food or eat also easy and cheap to get transport. View of football stadium.

I liked this property very much. It provided all the amenities we needed, was clean and modern. It was small but very comfortable. The following are the reasons why I didn't give a five stars in every area. They failed to provide my apartment number along with the key codes. In fact the apartments were not numbered. My check-in took a long time and was only successful when I sent a picture of the door I was staning by to the person communicating with me in WhatsApp at about 11:00 PM. Also, there was a foul sewer smell in the bathroom and the water drained very slowly from the shower. Most of our time was spent exploring Porto so we didn't consider the latter two major issues.

Great spot for me and buddy, and tons of good local food only a few steps outside the hotel. Good location too, overall solid experience.

While the property was clean, it was in need of quite a bit of maintenance/upkeep. Every chair and table was wobbly and uncomfortable, the remote didn't have batteries, neither sink had working plugs so I couldn't fill a sink, there were no pans or dishes that you could put into the stove to use it. It's a fine place for 1-2 nights but just not set up for our longer stay. Even though we were checking in for 9 nights, we had one towel each, no face cloths, and one dishwasher pod. We did get offered a cleaning refresh in the middle of our stay which took 2 days to book. Again, good place for a night or two, but not really well-equipped or comfortable enough for a longer stay.
