"Les chambres sont biens, mais le service est catastrophique. 40 minutes pour le checkin. Il y a des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre, mais je n'avais pas d'ouvre bouteille - le room service m'a fait livrer 2 autres bouteilles d'eau et quand j'ai dit que je n'avais pas d'ouvre bouteille, ils m'ont dit "si si" et sont repartis rapidement, refusant de m''apporter un ouvre bouteille. Très déçu par le service par un hotel censé être 4 étoiles."
