- Casa Encanto is a vacation home designed for families who want to truly relax in Melgar, surrounded by nature and tranquility.
It is located in the Valle de los Lanceros neighborhood, within the Río Bonito condominium, a rural area next to the river, where the sound of the water and the singing of birds accompany you day and night. Here, there’s no noise from nightclubs or traffic—just calm and fresh air.
The house is spacious, comfortable, and private—ideal for spending time with family, preparing meals, relaxing, and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighborhood is very safe and well-maintained, perfect for children and seniors.
The location is strategic. You’re close to Piscilago, Cafam Melgar, supermarkets, and restaurants—just 10 minutes from town—with the added benefit of sleeping in a quiet, natural setting.
Casa Encanto is not a party house. It’s a place to relax, spend time together, and create family memories.
