Of the two-room type, the holiday home can comfortably accommodate 4 people, just a few minutes' walk from the beach of Torre dell'Orso.

The seafront, the city center and the large bay are 400 and 450 meters away from the house. The accommodation is located on the first floor close to the Baké Restaurant, renowned for its cuisine with large open pots placed in an original location with an outdoor area.
A few steps away you can also reach the stop of a special extra-urban transport service, which allows you to reach some of the most important summer events in the Province of Lecce; but around the corner you can also find the Oltregusto Gelateria, the Christian Bar, Carlito's Pub Torre Dell'orso and the Fresh Hair & Beauty, all establishments located along the path to the sea and within a maximum of two blocks away.

The house boasts a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a washing machine.

The house is also equipped with a balcony with an outdoor dining area, comfortable and livable spaces where you can spend time relaxing, there is no shortage of flat-screen TV and an individually regulated air conditioning system.

Sheets and towels unfortunately cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But in the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating.
