"Staying in a traditional hut, no aircon but the windows and fan did an amazing job, they supplied all things for bug from spray, mozzie candle to net over the bed. The staff there is amazing! Isabella and her team are wonderful and so friendly to ask any questions! Definitely take part their cultural dinner night where you try kava that is really nice! Fire night friday and you can have a walking tour Monday or Friday. I can’t explain how amazing this place is and I can’t wait to go back! "
"Great spot for a family holiday, we loved Ramada Resort and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Port Vila. Great location, awesome staff, all the facilities were fantastic and the restaurant/bar was very impressive."
"Wonderful location, amazing coral reef on your doorstep with free gear to use. Caroline and Damian do an amazing job - they’re friendly and always so helpful as are the amazing staff with their big smiles! Birdies restaurant poolside was delicious, fresh and great servings.
For a family looking to keep the food budget under control I’d recommend stocking up on basics from the supermarket including a few local Tusker beers (hire a care or book a driver to get around). The comfortable and well appointed bungalows have a full kitchen so quick breakfasts, lunches/snacks etc are easy to prepare yourself.
Great Christmas for our family of 5 enjoying ‘island time’! "
"The breakfast was pretty basic, but basically good enough. There were 4 kayaks, unfortunately 2 were missing storage covers so would likely fill with water. The other 2 did not have these storage areas so we're fine. The water is calm in this area making a paddle most enjoyable.
Being a cyclists I was happy to read they had loaner bikes. I was disappointed to see the biggest of them were bmx type bikes. Better than nothing though so i checked them out to find some were missing parts, had flat tyres or were broken in other ways so none were safe to ride. Unfortunate, but I guess with the state of the roads bikes break.
Staff here were all nice and friendly. "
