I found this Motel to be clean and comfortable Whist this is an older motel it was suitable for my needs Fresh bed and towels/clean shower with nice products Tv coffee etc Close to Victoria market and tram service Sometimes you just need a clean safe place to shower ,sleep and return to after a day of exploring without the high expense of other more fashionable motels

It has good public transport links, with three free tram lines available. Queen Victoria Market is also right next door, making it very convenient. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, and a supermarket. The room also had a kitchen, and cooking utensils and tableware were provided, which was very helpful for our long-term stay.

A good decent hotel, our room was big and cozy. The kitchen corner was really nice. The area is very lively with lots of restaurants and shops - maybe not the best if you're looking for peace and quiet.
