2bed2bathで65階でした。めちゃくちゃ高層すぎて慣れるまで1日かかりましたが　素晴らしい部屋でした。キッチンに食洗機の洗剤もありスーパーでステーキやロブスターを買い調理し、洗濯機で帰国前に汚れ物も洗えて（洗剤持参）とても快適にすごせました。サザンクロス駅からすぐでスーツケースを押しても苦にならず、受付は時間が決まっていますが、その時間は荷物も預かってくれるとメールで連絡もくれて　その通りにできました。付近にはたくさん食べる所カフェ　テイクアウトもあり　繁華街までは前からトラムに乗れて自由自在に移動できました。ホテルのようなサービスはないですが　海外になれた方にはとても快適なホテルです。eazymartというコンビニが目印です。

六泊しました。受付はネイティブな英語のみだったのですが（解っていたことですが）話せないことに、非常に怪訝な顔をされたのが、着いた早々、非常にショックでした。せめて、訳したものをインフォメーションに用意してあれば、とっても気持ちよくチェックイン出来たのに、残念でした。お部屋にこのアパートメンツの英語案内（宿泊規約のようなもの）があったので、それで、読解は出来たので、全て理解出来ました。お部屋は、広くて、食器全て、フライパン、お鍋、オーブン、トースター、洗濯機、乾燥機など全て整っていて、生活出来るように過ごせました。ただ、お部屋は掃除が行き届いてなくて、いろんなものが落ちていました。苦笑　ごみ、ワンデーコンタクトを外して乾燥したもの三組（これ踏むと突き刺さるので痛いです）、ホコリ、あちこち。あと、冷蔵庫の周りに3ミリ位の黒ゴキブリが、6泊の間に、少なくとも30匹以上、1.5センチの薄茶のゴキブリを8匹、捕獲しました。他の方のレビューにもあったので、覚悟はしていたのですが、殺虫剤を常備すべきだと思います。33階のジムを利用しましたが、サウナが全く暖まって おらす、係員にいって、電源を入れて貰いましたが、20分経っても、熱くならなくて、断念。設備が整っているだけに非常に残念です。今後、改善を希望いたします。貴社の発展をお祈りします。

コリンズ通りに面していてサザンクロス駅もすぐそばでとても便利でした。スーパーマーケットもサザンクロス駅内にあり、食事の面でも全く問題なくとても良かったです。メルボルンスカイアパートメントは高速ビルでとても見晴らしが良かったです。 キッチンに用具が装備されていてほとんどの食事を調理して食べました。コンロ下のオーブンと電子レンジがあり、オーブンは使用しませんでした。電子レンジにもオーブン機能もあってピザぐらいならすぐ調理できます。 湯沸かしポットもすぐ湯が沸き便利でした。 洗濯する装備はありましたが使用しませんでした。 シャワーはやはり水圧は低いと思いましたが、シャワーヘッドの種類を変えながらシャワーを工夫をしました。 4泊しましたがベットメーキングはされませんでした。2泊目に1回ゴミ捨てとタオル替えはされていました。でもリーズナブルな価格だったのでトータル的にはとても満足です。

Great location! It was very convenient as this apartment was close to the Southern Cross Station and there were 2 supermarkets within the station that opened until midnight. This apartment was equipped with everything we needed. My husband and I really liked this place and we would definitely stay this apartment again when we come to Melbourne next time.

概ね満足
アパートメントタイプなので、ホテルのようなサービスは求められませんが、ロケーションがサザンクロス駅のすぐ近くですし、トラムの停留所も目の前なので、ここ拠点にして、自由に出入りしながらメルボルン周辺を楽しむなら、オススメします。 チェックインの際の受付のお姉さんも愛想がよくて親切でしたし、早朝に到着したのですが、チェックインの2時までスーツケースも快く預かってくれました。 部屋も概ね清潔で、ベッドルームも2つあり、家族なら使い勝手がよいと思います。ドラム式洗濯機・タンブル乾燥機も部屋にあるので、洗濯もできます。ただ、海外の洗濯機なので、使い方が判るまで苦労しました。通常コースで洗うと、洗濯が終わるまで2〜3時間くらいかかります。素早く洗うためには、手動で洗う方法を工夫するしかありません（クイックコースのようなものがありますが、あまりよくありません）。 キッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、包丁類もあり、簡単な調理なら、問題なくできると思います。 悪い点は、トイレ（バス・洗面所）のドアのカギが壊れていたり（閉めても勝手に開いてきますので、何かで抑えておかなければいけない）、シャワーのお湯のでが極端に悪く（49階）、バスタブも無いので、恐らく冬場は寒くて大変だと思います。 高層階でガラス張りなので、見晴らしは抜群（怖いくらい）ですが、多分オーストラリア全体に言えることですが、ガラスが汚いのが残念でした。リビングのカーペットも変なクセが付いていて、気を抜くと躓いて転倒します。 日本と違って、部屋中土足なので、自分でスリッパを用意しておく必要があります。 細かい点は色々ありますが、トータルで見るとよいと思います。

高層コンドミニアムを活用したホテルで、値段以上にお得な感じがしました。しかしながら、シャワー排水口の掃除が行き届いておらず、水が溢れたり（夜中だったので、結局自分で掃除しました）、備え付けの食器が汚く、全部自分で丁寧に洗ってからしか使えない（そのままコーヒーを注ぐと、こびりついた汚れがコーヒーに染まって浮かび上がる状態）で、掃除や手入れが行き届いている印象ではありませんでした。また、ホテルの受付担当者意外の対応従業員が常駐している訳ではない用だったので、何かを頼んでも即時に対応してもらえません。従って、ある程度自分で自分のことをする覚悟が必要です。

どこに行くのにも便利な立地
サザンクロス駅から3分程度なため空港からの移動（Skybus）も街中での観光（トラムの停留所まですぐ），スーパーも二軒（サザンクロス駅）という非常に恵まれた立地です メルボルンはフリーラムゾーンがあるためほとんど交通費はかかりませんでした また，カウントダウンの花火が街中何か所もビルの上からあげられるのですが ここは宿泊する部屋が高所にあるため（３５階以上）本当によく見えました ベランダから見る花火は本当に見事で圧巻でした オーブン，電子レンジ，ガスコンロ（５つ）もあるため料理をする者非常に便利でした ５泊しましたが１度清掃が入りきれいなシーツやタオルに変えてもらいました

The office was not open at all during our stay, so we were unable to leave our bags on departure day, bit inconvenient as our flight home was not until 3pm Overall I would definitely recommend Melbourne Sky High Apartments

Great views, good apartments with good facilities (although a little small), excellent location close to everything; however, reception/office is too slow to respond and unlucky to be staying when lifts were being serviced and 2 out of 3 were out of commission. Can highly recommend and will definitely go back though!

Great location. Train and trams both short walking distance from apartment. Close to cbd convention center and casino. Apartment had an amazing view however bedrooms were small and there were some issues with bathroom lights not working and fire alarms in unit had been disconnected by someone. We reported this to property management so this has hopefully been sorted. I would definatley stay here again

This property rated 4.x however I don’t believe it is correct. Inside the property is very old half of the lights are not working. Toilet and shower was not clean. Really disappointed by this stay. Only advantage was the location, however with car it was challenging to find a car park nearby.

Property was very average quality and dirty inside the apartment, lots of dust, very noticeable behind doors. the shower had build up of soap scum with black mold starting in some places, the fan didn't work, the front door had a gap at the bottom so noise and draft from the hallway, a piece of cardboard is covering a hole next to the aircon system in the lounge. Property manager was nice though

Hotel was nice, great view and good location, but the beds had someone’s hair on the sheets, the bathroom was dirty and had hair everywhere in the shower and the drain was blocked, the shower flooded and filled the bathroom with water.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was so dirty!!! Carpet was covered in stains, in the hallway and in the apartment. Bathroom was dirty, the toilet brush holder was so disgusting on the outside. Will never stay there again.

The property has potential but the overall cleanliness was terrible. the carpets were heavily stained. The balcony doors were extremely dirty. there was no daily service to take rubbish and make beds. The dishwasher has a foul odor coming out of it which permeated the apartment
