Edithvale Beach House

  • Absolute beachfront townhouse on Edithvale beach with beautiful beach views and amazing sunsets.
    Upstairs has main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living, dining and balcony.
    Downstairs has living area, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, laundry.
    The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a king single and a single bed. Great kitchen with all appliances and dining area. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. All linen supplied.
    Private courtyard with BBQ, and back yard with deck and a gate onto the beach.
    Plenty of parking and bicycles available for riding on nearby bike tracks.
    5 minute walk to train station to enjoy all the sights of Melbourne.
    Enjoy the Melbourne Cup Carnival and AFL Finals.
    Our property is available for guests for short term rental for an extended period of your choice of between 4-8 weeks from Thursday 3rd September until Wednesday 4th November 2026.
