we love this because
The house is fully fenced for our children and pets. A beautiful sunny garden and undercover outdoor lounge and dining makes this our go to accommodation for winter and summer.
The interior has a lovely coastal feel with natural linens and modern furniture. There is even a large garage with table tennis for the kids to be entertained.
Snuggle up in front of the fire in winter and walk to wonderful ocean beaches.
This is nestled close to the Point Nepean National Park it only takes us only 2 mins to walk to the National Park walking trail and an 8 minute walk to Pirates Bay.
When we are feeling energetic we head to the Blairgowrie Cafe only a 30-minute walk or we settle ourselves on the beach and swim in the shallow waters watching the yachts bob up and down.
At night we either head into Sorrento for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie at the wonderful Panda for dinner and drinks. Its just a 3 min drive to Koonya General Store to pick up your morning coffee.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
Yay! a garden with tall fences to keep me safe. I love walking to Koonya Dog Beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies.
And theres a special basket just for me. No way! Whats in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
